It is a non-chill filtered whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky offers bold aromas of rich Turkish coffee, pine resin, and honey-glazed ham, with fresh herbal notes and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it bursts with chocolate, creosote, tar, and a sharp tang of smoke, followed by smoked bacon and savory meats. The long finish is salty with cocoa and fudge.
