Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means  you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Our priority at South Park Liquor is to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Please take note of our refund policy:

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@spliquor.ca with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions on the refund or exchange process, if applicable.
  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame about your eligibility for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
  • Please note that refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. If you need to initiate a return, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs and ensuring the shipment is adequately insured. Any loss or damage during the return process is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
