About the EH Taylor Small Batch 750 mL

Introduction:
Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted at the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Named for Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., a pioneer of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, it is bottled-in-bond at 100 proof and carefully blended from a small selection of barrels, delivering a rich, balanced, and classic bourbon experience.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak complemented by hints of honey, butterscotch, and baking spice.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied, featuring sweet caramel, toffee, and vanilla balanced by warm notes of black pepper, cinnamon, and oak.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of caramel, spice, and toasted oak.

Pairings:
Enjoy neat, with a splash of water, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. It also pairs beautifully with smoked brisket, grilled steak, pecan pie, and dark chocolate for a rich and satisfying experience.
