About this product

Introduction:

The Vibrant Vine Woops White Blend is an off-dry wine showcasing a blend of Gewürztraminer, Vidal, Riesling, Grüner, and Pinot Gris. This blend from the Okanagan Valley offers a crisp and refreshing experience, making it a world-renowned favorite. A balanced wine with vibrant complexity, it's a delightful sip that leaves you wanting more – Woops!

Tasting Notes:

  • Aroma: Refreshing citrus with tropical notes of guava and hints of floral sweetness
  • Flavour: Crisp, lemon and tropical sweetness, balanced with a smooth, off-dry finish
  • Finish: Crisp, with a lingering citrus note, leaving you wanting another sip

Pairing Suggestions:

The Woops White Blend pairs excellently with Tzatziki Fish Tacos. The wine’s slightly higher acidity brightens the flavors of the fish, while the structured wine complements the creamy tzatziki. The wine’s crisp finish enhances the overall experience, making it the perfect match for this dish.
