Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Defective products
- Change of mind / customer remorse
We do not accept returns for products damaged during shipping or transit.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
South Park Liquor takes great care to ensure all orders are securely packaged before leaving our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to a third-party courier, South Park Liquor is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or leakage that may occur during transit.
SavedBy Package Protection is available on every order at checkout as an optional add-on. When selected, this coverage helps protect your order against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.
If SavedBy Package Protection is not selected at checkout, South Park Liquor is not responsible for lost, stolen, leaking, or damaged items after the order has shipped. All claims are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limits set by the courier and insurance provider.

How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@spliquor.ca or 1-780-450-4868 with your order number and reason for return.
- Your request will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Ship the item using Canada Post or another carrier of your choice, unless otherwise instructed.
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged during return shipping are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: Return shipping costs will be covered once the defect is verified and approved.
- Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning items due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong product or changing their mind.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for return.
Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return and issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange the return and provide the correct product or issue a refund.
Product Not Delivered
If your order was not delivered, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, the return process must be followed after delivery.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
- Products valued over $100 or wines older than 7 years are not eligible for return unless the producer agrees to a replacement.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
