By ordering in advance, you’ll enjoy special pricing, guaranteed stock, and free delivery for your convenience.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is collected upfront at checkout.

• We charge your card immediately when you place a pre-order.

3. Processing & Shipping Timelines

• Once your pre-order has been submitted, we place the order with our supplier.

• Turnaround time: 10–14 business days for your package to leave our store.

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and potential unforeseen delays (such as weather or carrier issues).

• Customers will be notified by email if timelines change.

4. Split Orders

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once the pre-order is ready.

• If you would like the in-stock items shipped first, simply leave a note on your order or email us, and we’ll send them separately.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

• A $5.00 restocking fee per case applies to all cancellations.

• After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

• If an item is cancelled or out of stock by our supplier, we will issue you a full refund automatically.

• All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Customer Communication

• We will provide you with the tracking information which you can track your order in real time and to see if there is any delays

• Standard tracking will be provided once your package ships.
