Pre-Order Policy

At South Park Liquor, we’re excited to offer pre-orders as a way for customers to secure popular products at exclusive pricing. Our Pre-Order Catalogue offers special pricing along with free shipping on all pre-order purchases.

1. Introduction

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving inventory in advance. Pre-orders offer guaranteed stock, special pricing, and free delivery for added convenience.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for pre-orders is collected in full at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged immediately when the pre-order is placed.

3. Processing & Shipping Timelines

Once your pre-order is submitted, we place the order directly with our supplier.

• Estimated turnaround time: 10–14 business days for the order to leave our store.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and unforeseen delays such as weather or carrier-related issues.
• Customers will be notified by email if there are any significant changes to expected timelines.

4. Split Orders

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, all products will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

If you prefer in-stock items to ship separately, please leave a note at checkout or contact us by email, and we will arrange separate shipment.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
• A $5.00 restocking fee per case applies to all pre-order cancellations.
• After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
• If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or is cancelled by our supplier, a full refund will be issued automatically.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Customer Communication & Tracking

Once your pre-order ships, standard tracking information will be provided by email.

Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and check for any carrier-related delays.
