Bayou White Rum is a clean, crisp, and smooth white rum crafted with care in Louisiana. Rested for up to 40 days to allow flavours to mellow and combine, it delivers a delicate complexity thanks to the use of pot still rum and triple-filtered local water—resulting in a uniquely refined spirit.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Light aromas of vanilla, banana, and green apple.

• Palate: Creamy and sweet, with notes of vanilla bean, a touch of honeysuckle nectar, and light complexity from the pot still.

• Finish: A smooth, creamy finish with lingering notes of sweet pot still rum.
