About this product

Introduction
Grant Burge The Holy Trinity GSM is a classic Barossa Valley blend that showcases the elegance, depth, and finesse of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre. Crafted with meticulous care, this wine highlights the rich fruit flavors and fine structure that define the region. With fruit sourced from 80+ year-old bush vines and aged in French oak foudres, The Holy Trinity is a testament to Barossa’s winemaking legacy.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Aromatic layers of raspberry, ginger, and orange oil, complemented by hints of sweet spice.
  • Palate: A vibrant entry of red cherry, currants, and cranberry, balanced by juniper, caraway, and a touch of white pepper. The tannins are structured and refined, with a graphite-like minerality leading into a long, fulfilling finish.
  • Finish: Youthful and complex, with well-integrated tannins and a lingering spice.

Pairings:
This GSM pairs beautifully with duck confit, butter-poached chicken, and gently spiced cauliflower steak. Its depth and structure also complement rich, slow-cooked dishes and grilled meats.
