About the Glen Garioch 18 Year Old The Renaissance Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700 mL

Introduction
Glen Garioch 18-Year-Old The Renaissance is a bold and complex Highland single malt whisky, crafted in small batches at one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries. Non-chill filtered and full of character, this whisky delivers a rich maltiness, honeyed sweetness, and a creamy texture that showcases its Highland heritage.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: A pronounced blend of vanilla and oak, with waxy and floral undertones.
  • Palate: Creamy and oily on the tongue, featuring tropical fruit notes balanced by warming spices.
  • Finish: Exceptionally long, with hints of sulfur from the Sherry casks, complemented by walnuts and honey.

Pairings:
This whisky pairs well with aged cheeses, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and smoked meats. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to unlock its full depth of flavor.
