About this product

Introduction:
Wolf Blass Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Malbec is an iconic Australian red blend that represents the pinnacle of the Wolf Blass winemaking tradition. Crafted from premium fruit sourced from South Australia, this 40th vintage release embodies power, elegance, and remarkable longevity, showcasing the seamless harmony between three noble varietals.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Deep and complex aromas of blackberry, plum, and cassis interwoven with notes of dark chocolate, spice, and finely integrated oak.

  • Palate: Full-bodied and richly layered, offering concentrated dark fruit flavors balanced by hints of mocha, cedar, and savory spice. The texture is plush and velvety with refined tannins.

  • Finish: Exceptionally long and elegant with lingering notes of blackcurrant, spice, and oak.

Pairings:
Perfect with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, or braised short ribs. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheddar, truffle-infused dishes, or dark chocolate — a wine to savor on special occasions.
