About the Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750 mL

Introduction:

Dalmore Port Wood Reserve is a smooth and indulgent Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky, expertly matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in aged Tawny Port pipes. This exceptional whisky showcases the artistry and passion of Dalmore's whisky makers, blending the signature rich Highland style with the opulent, fruity character of Port casks. The whisky also celebrates Dalmore's long-standing relationship with Graham's Port Lodge in Portugal, one of the world’s great wineries.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding.
Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee.
Finish: Rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges, and macerated cherries.

Pairings:
Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its full complexity. Pairs beautifully with rich cheeses, charcuterie, or dark chocolate for a luxurious indulgence.

ABV: 46.5%
