Inspired by Alfred Barnard’s visit to the distillery in the 1880s, this whisky delivers a powerful yet balanced profile, showcasing the hallmark maritime and peaty character of Lagavulin.

  • Nose: Soft and fresh with hints of milk chocolate, lemon, and fragrant tea-scented smoke, followed by maritime aromas and a touch of cereal.
  • Palate: A full-bodied, sweet, and smoky profile with warming layers of dark chocolate, charred wood, and subtle mint, leading to a well-balanced mid-palate with a hint of salt.
