Drawing from a selection of casks, including Oloroso sherry butts, Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, ex-Bourbon casks, and new American oak barrels, this expression offers a smooth and complex balance of smoke, sweetness, and spice.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Forward peat smoke, followed by ripe red fruits.
- Palate: Sweet on the first sip, evolving into layers of peat smoke, ash, and seaweed.
- Finish: Long and lingering with floral notes, hints of marzipan, and a touch of lime.
