Querciabella Mongrana is a vibrant red wine from the Maremma Toscana DOC appellation, first produced in 2005. This organic and vegan-certified wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes, cultivated using plant-based biodynamic practices. The vineyards, established in 2000, span 33 hectares near the Uccellina Natural Park's highlands, benefiting from proximity to the sea and unspoiled nature. Mongrana undergoes fermentation in cement and stainless steel vats, followed by 12 months of aging, resulting in a wine with an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. With an annual production of 120,000 bottles, it offers a harmonious balance of fruit and freshness, making it versatile for various pairings.
